Sacred Huna Healing

A 3 hour massage journey followed by 2 hours of integration in nature. This can also be combined with the closing of the bones ritual. After the massage you will be guided into the bushland to a sit spot where you will be able to reflect and integrate using journaling or other forms of art. Nature holds a wisdom that we can often miss in our busy and distracted lives. This gives you the opportunity to settle in to her silence, integrate your massage journey and emerge grounded in belonging.

Half Day retreat - 5 hour journey

Deeply supportive for the nervous system, the body is wrapped in cloth. Traditionally used after giving birth to bring the mother back into herself both physically by closing the pelvis and energetically. This is offered to women who have been through traumatic experiences. It can support rebirth, so it is offered to those who have come out the other side of the trauma and are looking to ceremonially enter the next phase of their life.

Closing the Bones - 3 hour journey

Meditative and restorative, this massage supports the body to relax and rejuvenate with long flowing strokes that hold, stretch, wrap and nurture.

Ka Huna Massage

A healing ritual of massage, music and hot stones supporting you physically, emotionally and spiritually through transformation. This length of time allows the nervous system to deeply rest, supporting your body's natural healing abilities.

3 Hour Healing Journey

Ka Huna Massage with basalt hot stones and sound healing to deeply nourish your being. This is my most popular. In this session you can sink more deeply into your body, allowing for greater relaxation and peace within body and mind.
